2. Public Hearing on Ordinance 2009-2, Amending the Personnel Ordinance, Chapter 1, Part II, Section 1137, Subsection 3, Paragraph B.
3. Public Hearing on Ordinance 2009-3, Amending the Ordinance pertaining to the Compensation of Supervisors, Article III, Section 1320, Subsection 1.
4. Resolution 2009-1, appointing the Township Manager as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of the Police Pension Fund and Non-Uniform Pension Plan.
5. Resolution 2009-2, exempting Police Officers from contributing to the Police Pension fund for 2009.
6. Scheduling a Public Hearing on the proposed changes to the Police Pension Fund Ordinance.
7. Planning Commission’s recommendation to approve the Conditional Use application of Verizon Wireless to construct a 100” Telecommunication Monopole located at 337 Bunker Hill Road and schedule a Public Hearing in February.
8. Discussion on hiring a new police officer.
9. Authorize the Township Manager to advertise for Bids for Road Materials.
10. Discussion on making a demand upon PSX, Inc. Line Painting’s surety company bond due to their poor workmanship.
11. Authorize attendance by Township Officials at the Annual Township Supervisors Conference in Hershey April 19 to April 22, 2009.
12. Discussion on selling surplus equipment.
13. Authorize the Township Manager to advertise to fill the vacancy in the Civil Service Commission.
14. Approval of facility use requests:
A. Back Mountain Youth Lacrosse requests to use a lower level meeting room for their annual sign-up on Saturday, January 31, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
B. Kingston Township Lions Club request to use the “Herb Hill Room” for their meeting on Monday, January 19, 2009 from 6:45 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.
15. Presentation of prizes to the winners of the Holiday House Contest.
16. Comments on the Monthly Reports.
17. Comments on the 12-31-2008 Financial Reports.
